Harpsichordist and composer. Luigi Boccherini dedicated sonatas for piano and violin to her, “as one of the greatest women harpsichordists in Europe.” Her works include the Marche des insurgents, written to commemorate a victory in the American Revolutionary War (she was a friend of Benjamin Franklin).
