Gisela Hernández Gonzalo (1912–1971), Cuba
Composer and music educator. She taught music at the Hubert de Blanck Conservatory. Her compositions frequently include Afro-Cuban elements. She composed a number of songs as well as chamber, piano, orchestral, and choral works.
