Belle van Zuylen, also Isabelle de Charrière or Madame de Charrière (née Isabella Agneta Elisabeth van Tuyll van Serooskerken) (1740–1805), the Netherlands and Switzerland
Writer and composer. Born in Holland but lived the latter part of her life in Switzerland after fleeing the French Revolution. Also resided for long periods in Paris.
