Beatriz Bilbao (b. 1951), Venezuela
Composer and teacher. Studied at Indian University, the New England Conservatory of Music, and at the George Dima Music Conservatory in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. She composes both electroacoustic and instrumental music and has written for orchestra, chamber ensemble, voice, and piano.
