Erika Fox (b. 1936), United Kingdom
Composer and pedagogue. Born in Vienna, she emigrated with her Jewish family to England in 1939. Studied composition at the Royal College of Music, London, and later for Harrison Birtwistle. She has written chamber and orchestral music as well as music for the stage.
