Vittoria Aleotti (ca. 1570–1620 or 1646), Italy

May be the same person as Raffaella Aleotti. Nun and organist in the Augustine order. Believed to be the first woman composer of sacred music whose works were printed (1593), with the motet collection Sacrae cantiones quinque, septem, octo & decem vocibus decantande. She composed a collection of 21 madrigals.
