Violinist, pianist, and composer. Enrolled at the Royal Academy of Music, London, at age 13. Debuted as a violinist in 1896 and toured in Britain and the United States. She later became a professor at the Royal Academy of Music. Her compositions include music for violin and piano and four violin sonatas as well as works for violin and orchestra.
