Unsuk Chin (b. 1961), South Korea
Studied composition at the Seoul National University and later with György Ligeti in Hamburg. Currently resides in Berlin.
She has composed music for orchestra, solo voices, choir, and various instrumental forces, sometimes combined with electroacoustic techniques.
