Gabrielle Ferrari (1851–1921), France and Italy
Composer and pianist. She studied composition in Paris for teachers including Charles Gounod and Theodore Dubois. She composed three operas (Le Tartare, La dernier amour, Le Cobzar) as well as orchestral and chamber music.
