Siv Erika Förare (b. 1955), Stockholm
Freelance composer. Born in Uppsala, grew up in Piteå, Sweden. Studied violin at Framnäs folk high school, where she later had private composition lessons with Sune Smedeby. Further studies in composition with Gunnar Bucht at the Royal College of Music in Stockholm in 1975–1979.
