Dorothea Anne Franchi (1920–2003), New Zealand
Pianist, teacher, and composer. Studied at the University of Auckland and the Royal College of Music, London. She was musical director and pianist at the New Zealand Ballet Company, and wrote works for solo instrument and piano, voice and piano, chamber ensemble, and the ballet.
