Helen Hopekirk (1856-1945), Scotland and the United States
Scottish-American pianist and composer. Made her professional debut as a pianist in 1874. Studied composition for Carl Reinecke in Leipzig. She wrote piano pieces, orchestral and chamber works, and songs.
