Agnes Tschetschulin (1859–1942), FinlandAgnes_Tschetschulin

Violinist, composer, and music educator, born in Helsingfors. Studied violin at Helsingfors Musikinstitut and from 1885–1889 for Joseph Joachim at the Hochschule für Musik in Berlin, where she also performed as a chamber musician. She taught violin at the Cheltenham Ladies’ College, England. She composed works for violin and piano (Berceuse, Alla Zingaresca, Gavotte) as well as piano pieces.
